DESCRIPTION:A world-class 17-day chamber music festival founded by cellist David Finckel and pianist Wu Han\, drawing internationally acclaimed soloists and ensembles to intimate Bay Area venues. Each season explores a central thematic program through multiple public concerts\, free pre-concert talks\, artist roundtables\, open rehearsals\, and a highly selective Chamber Music Institute for emerging musicians ages 9–29. Held primarily at Sacred Heart Schools in Atherton with select Menlo Park events. One of the finest chamber music events on the West Coast.
