Full program: Rotary Club Pancake Breakfast (9am); Family & Dog Parade from The Vibe to Amphitheater (11am); Kids Play Zone (11:30am); afternoon live music by local band (4:15–5:45pm); Country Music Headliner Concert (7:15–9:15pm); and fireworks show expected to return for 2026 over Foster City Lagoon at 9:30pm (suspended in 2025 due to Community Center construction). Note: All personal fireworks strictly banned in Foster City. Presented by Foster City Parks & Recreation\, Lions of Foster City\, and the Foster City Rotary Club.
