Don’t miss out on this chance to be part of an amazing community dedicated to injury prevention and wellness! \nForum Goals \n\nTo expand the network of older adult advocates and senior healthcare/service providers working together to reduce older adult injuries.\nTo provide attendees with valuable information and health updates to share with older adults to assist them in having healthy\, engaged\, and fulfilling lives.\nTo develop the leadership capacity for advocacy of older adults\, their health\, and their well-being.\n\nThe SIPP Forum is a project of the Alameda County Senior Injury Prevention Partnership coordinated by the Alameda County Emergency Medical Services Agency’s Injury Prevention Program. \nSponsor \n\n\n\nSince 2019\, Falck has provided broad support for communities\, supporting health initiatives and events such as Safe Kids Day\, Stop the Bleed\, Community CPR training\, and working collaboratively with EMS and Behavioral Health to improve access to crisis services through the Community Assessment and Transport Team. \nAlameda County EMS Injury Prevention Program is greatful for Falck’s continued support.
